Excelling in Training
I've done a lot of training in a variety of environments. The training skill that makes me feel most accomplished is my ability to take complex ideas and present them in a simple and digestible form. I also feel like my training is concise and efficient. I can effectively present an idea in very few words making it easier for the learner to digest.
In 1993 I founded a non-profit organization. I personally created and presented all the training for the volunteers. During my time at Citigroup, I was the subject matter expert for several new hire training classes. Upon entering my role with the Customer Concern Investigation Unit, I conducted multiple trainings for my personal team as well as trainings for the entire department.
